From humble beginnings to a surprising success, Softball Oregon started with one fastpitch student pitcher in July 1984 and now has students from all over the northwest. Today there is a year-round average of 300 or more softball students and over 150 baseball students ranging in ages from 6 through 22 years old attending Softball Oregon development programs. Some of these students have been with Softball Oregon for ten years! Some have gone on to college and some have even earned scholarships to higher education institutions. Softball Oregon has become the training and skill development center of choice for student and parents alike.
On March 1, 2004 Softball Oregon opened its newest, most modern and largest facility in Brooks, Oregon. With approximately 7,500 square feet of developed equipment stations, including private pitching lanes, large arena, and equipment center, Softball Oregon has become home for both baseball and softball players. Beyond the basic skills, Softball Oregon has introduced its newest training program, "Speed, Quickness and Agility" (S.Q.A.) which has become a performance success on the field for students.
At Softball Oregon training is a year-round oportunity that offers a mixture of training and development programs for all age groups and all skill levels. Our very popular "Private Lessons" program is complimented with "High Intensity Small Group Classes" (3 students) "Large Goup Programs" and "Special Summer Camps". The Staff Members at Softball Oregon not only carry strong personal credentials by experience, they are proud of the performance of their students on the field too. We enjoy great relationships with our students, their coaches, and their families. In fact, we are a family of ball players at Softball Oregon and we encourage each person in every way to compete and to grow with confidence, pride and respect for each other.
