Increase Your Player's Bat Speed and Reaction Time
This clinic is for the serious coach who is looking for an alternative to the traditional approach to hitting and would like to increase individual softball player's bat speed and reaction time thus hitting the ball for greater distances. The clinic will follow a speed circuit training format with multible hitting and throwing drills. In addition, the clinic will have an emphasis on eye-hand coordination, timing and combination drills. The clinic will be held Saturday, September 22nd. at Softball Oregon in Brooks from 9:00am to 12:00pm. To Register, contact Ken or Linda, 503-856-9177. The cost for the clinic is $45.00.
Coach Nemo is the creator of Nemo's Speed Hitting Program and the recipient of the number one new product of the year award.
